Pricing
Cost Truth follows a simple subscription model:
- Standard: 24.99 EUR/month (VAT not applicable)
- Enterprise: 249.99 EUR/month (VAT not applicable)
- On-Prem: on request
Annual subscriptions include 2 additional month(s) at no cost.
Fairness and Loyalty
Cost Truth applies a non-extractive pricing principle: long-term customers are not intentionally penalized versus newly acquired customers for equivalent service levels.
- Promotions are time-bounded and clearly scoped
- Eligibility criteria for discounts are explicit
- Pricing improvements are periodically reviewed for existing customers under the same fairness and sustainability constraints
Trial
All new accounts include a 21-day trial period.
No credit card is required.
Grace Period
If a subscription payment cannot be processed, Cost Truth provides a 14-day grace period.
During this period:
- Service access remains active
- Payment issues can be resolved without interruption
If payment is not successfully completed within the grace period, the subscription becomes suspended and the account transitions to read-only access.
Full functionality is restored once payment is resolved.
Read-only Access
If a subscription becomes inactive due to non-payment, the account remains accessible in read-only mode.
During this period:
- Existing data remains available
- No new records can be created
- Imports and integrations are disabled
- Data exports are allowed
Full functionality is restored once the subscription is reactivated.
Cost Truth reserves the right to remove inactive accounts after an extended period of inactivity.
Right of Withdrawal (EU / Romania)
If you subscribe to Cost Truth as a consumer under applicable EU or Romanian law, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the initial purchase.
If withdrawal occurs:
- Any payments made are fully refunded
- Access to the service is discontinued
Annual Subscription and Early Cancellation
Annual plans are billed upfront and priced as the equivalent of 12 minus included free months for the selected plan.
If you choose to cancel early after the withdrawal period:
- You are charged only for the months actually used at the monthly rate of your plan
- Unused months from the prepaid annual period are refunded
- Complimentary months are not applied once cancellation occurs
Subscription Pause and Resume
Subscriptions may be paused at any time.
When a pause is scheduled:
- The subscription remains active until the next billing date
- Access automatically transitions to read-only mode
- No new records or imports are permitted
Subscriptions can be resumed at any time.
Full functionality is restored immediately upon resumption.
OCR Processing
Cost Truth includes OCR processing for up to 100 documents per month.
OCR functionality relies on Mindee document processing services.
Availability and performance of OCR features may depend on Mindee service operation.
For higher-volume processing, customers may connect their own Mindee API key.
OCR allowances reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
VAT
VAT not applicable pursuant to Art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code.
